C.J.M. Custom Builders Inc. is located in East China Twp., St. Clair County Michigan. We have been developing and building in this community since 1996.  C.J.M. Custom Builders Inc. is a full service design / build company. We have developed and built homes on four private drives and acreage throughout the community both privately owned and business owned building sites.  You can select one of our building sites or we can construct your home on your own site.  You can make a selection from our plans or we can design a custom home for you with our design services.  We also have a hands on program that permits you to construct all or part of your new home.  We are presenting a new private gated community development, Bentwood Trail, located north off Puttygut road between Mayer road and Westrick road.
